Here's what you can expect

Because meditation isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Let’s be honest — meditation can feel a bit like dating. You try one style, it’s too serious. Another, and you’re asleep in five minutes. And somewhere between “breathe deeply” and “let it all go,” you’re wondering if this is even your thing.

​

But here’s the truth:
Just like therapy (or coffee orders), the right meditation practice is personal. It takes time to figure out what clicks. That’s where I come in.

​

As your meditation coach, I’ll help you find a practice that works for you. The goal? That by the end of our time together, you’ll feel confident enough to sit in silence (or sway to soft music, or visualise your inner garden) — all by yourself.

And no, you won’t find the perfect practice in just one session. Think of it like trying to do a headstand in your very first yoga class — possible, but slightly terrifying. That’s why I offer this as a 5-session package.

Here’s how it works:

Session 1: Let’s get to know you
60 minutes

​

This session is all about you — your journey, your people, your quirks, your goals. We’ll explore your relationship with meditation, what’s working, what’s not, and where you’d like to go. And of course, you get to ask me anything to make sure I’m not a robot in disguise.

​

Sessions 2, 3 & 4: The practice begins
Each 45 minutes

​

Here’s where we roll up our metaphorical sleeves. Based on what we’ve uncovered, I’ll guide you through practices personalized to your needs — from breathwork and movement meditations to guided visualizations and deep rest. These sessions are designed to help you feel, reflect, and gently grow into your own rhythm.

Session 5: The wrap-up
60 minutes

​

We’ll reflect on how far you’ve come, celebrate the tiny wins (because they matter!), and decide if you’d like to go deeper or take the reins from here. Think of this as your graduation... with fewer gowns and more groundedness.

By the end of the five sessions, the aim is simple:
You’ll have a better idea of what your meditation looks like — and you’ll know you don’t need an app, a chant, or even me to get there (though I’ll always cheer you on from afar).
